Acceptance
By using this site, configuring a bat, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom bats are non-cancellable once production has started. Pricing tiers (retail, college, pro, wholesale) are assigned by Zinger based on your account and may be revoked if misused.
Custom orders
Custom-bat orders are built to the spec sheet you submit at checkout. Once approved and queued, the spec cannot be changed. Lead times shown in the configurator are estimates; rush production cuts the wait roughly in half but is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
All Zinger branding, photography, and copy are property of Zinger Bat Company. Custom engravings you request must not infringe on a third party's trademarks or copyrights. We reserve the right to refuse engravings we consider unlawful, hateful, or unfit for the brand.
Limitation of liability
Zinger's liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Zinger Bat Company is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page.
